In addition to the duties, duties and rights mentioned in the Act, other duties, duties and rights of the inspector shall be as follows:-
(a) Mandatory to make manufacturers to print and mark warning messages and signs on packets, cartons, wrappers and packaging of tobacco products, and to monitor the same. (b) taking samples of tobacco products from places where tobacco products are produced, stored and sold,
(c) If it is found that the production, sale, distribution or export of tobacco products has been imported contrary to the Act or these regulations, to immediately stop such activities,
(d) To send samples of tobacco products to the concerned body for testing,
(e) instructing the manager concerned to punish any person who smokes or consumes tobacco in public places,
(f) If it is found that tobacco products that do not meet the standards set by the Act and these regulations are imported, sold, distributed or exported, immediately stop such activities and instruct the relevant producers or sellers to only sell, distribute or export imported tobacco products that meet the standards set by the Act and these regulations, br> (G) To engage the staff of any agency or organization under his leadership in the course of inspection,
(h) Taking the assistance of employees or officials of government offices, associations, organizations or local bodies as required in the course of inspection.
